With a track record rooted in excellence, Patrice Kuchulis embarked on her journey by establishing Cascade Hasson’s (formerly The Hasson Company) Relocation and Corporate Services Division back in 1993. Under her leadership, this division flourished into a nationally acclaimed resource catering to individuals, relocation management firms, and corporations alike. Having personally experienced the intricacies of relocating four times, Patrice’s passion lies in assisting others throughout their own relocation processes.

Her accolades are numerous and well-deserved. She’s proudly served as the President of the Portland Relocation Council, a valuable board member for the Relocation Directors Council, and contributed her expertise to advisory council positions, all culminating in her induction into the Hall of Fame. Patrice carries esteemed certifications, including CRP, GMS, SGDS, and the Meritorious Service Award through WERC.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Patrice finds joy in life’s simple pleasures. She and her husband relish travel, wine tasting, spending quality time with cherished friends and family, and actively participating in a variety of church activities.
